Do you take trade-ins?
We currently do not have a trade-in program for old bikes. But, we can share contacts of providers who deal in second-hand bikes.
Do you do custom builds?
Yes, you can get to select the components you want on your bicycle, and you can also assist with the whole assembly process.
Do you do special orders?
Yes, if you would like components fitted into your limitless frame which we don’t have in our current stock, we can arrange shipping which normally takes 2-4 weeks dependent on the availability of the component.
Can I test ride the bikes?
Of course! We encourage you rent and test ride as many bikes as it takes to make up your mind.
How do I order for the E-bike?
Once you’ve made a deposit of the amount 100,000 KES, an order is made according to your specifications and the process of manufacture and shipping takes approximately 3 months.
Do you rent bikes?
We rent bikes at The Forest Adventure to explore the trails in Keraita Forest. We current do not have rental bikes in our Loresho branch shop but you are welcome to enquire where you can rent bikes from our partners.
Do you service other brands apart from Limitless bikes?
Yes, for the love we have for bicycles; we want to see you on the trails, we service all bicycle brands.
How long does it take to repair my bike?
Basic repairs like a flat tire fix can be done while you wait. Check – ups get put in our workorder queue in the order they come in. Most check – ups take 3-5 days, but can take longer if we need to special order parts. We will give you a time estimate when you bring your bike in.
When can I drop off my bike for repair?
You can drop it off anytime within the working hours which is 0900 hrs.-0530hrs.
Can you ship my bike?
This is possible but at an extra cost.
I don’t know how to ride a bicycle; can you teach someone to ride a bike?
Age is just but a number, you can always learn to ride a bicycle at any point of your life. We can organize private riding lessons with patient, seasoned riders who will take you through a beginner’s course and you will be riding away into the sunset in no time!
Where can I ride in Kenya?
Kenyan Main roads are a “tricky” to ride on but with a good bike, riding skills and a pinch of crazy you can ride to work every day but we also have a database of off road riding routes Check out www.limitless.ke for a few of our favorite routes.
How often should I get a tune-up?
Depends on how many miles you put on your bike, in what conditions you usually ride, and how well you do your own basic maintenance. We recommend at least a complete tune every 3 months. Regular drivetrain cleaning and lubrication goes a long way in extending your service window and component lifespan.
Do you have a parking space?
Lots of parking space
How often do I need to replace my helmet?
If you have crushed the helmet or if it is older let’s say 4 years, it really should be replaced. The material degrades over time, especially if stored in direct sunlight and other weather elements for a long period, and helmets are only designed to withstand impact once.
